My antivirus protection is off

Hello, I recently upgraded my computer to macOS Ventura, however when it asks me to give full access permissions to the disk, nothing happens, I already gave it the permissions and enabled the extensions, but the antivirus is not activated. What can I do? Does anyone have the same problem??

  I am experiencing the exact same problem. I think this was already the case with the last macOS update...

  The access rights have been granted to Avira, but Avira does not recognize that they have been granted (see screenshot).

  I'm having the exact same issue - Avira has all the permission needed but the setup doesn't proceed and protection isnt active.

  I have the same problem. I've logged it with Avira.  The same happened after another update.

  Rolf's solution worked for me - selecting Scan service and hitting the minus got it working - thanks!
