    Unfortunately, we cannot answer your question with the information provided to us. You have not provided any information about your Avira license or your operating system.
    Please check your installed Avira version in your customer account. Under Subscriptions, you will see the license you have purchased: https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
    In the description, you will find the information whether the license was purchased for 1 device or for several devices.
    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT":  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/support/tabs/support
    You can get information about your active licenses from the contract documents stored there.

    Unfortunately, we do not have access to your data and your licenses.
