I can not authorize my free trial version

Hello, When I installed Avira I wanted to activate trial version of it, but when I add my card number I can't authorize the payment. What should I do?

  Unfortunately, we cannot tell you anything about your payment instructions and authorization of your payment. You can discuss this with your bank. Have you asked them about authorization for payment transactions?
