    Hello Stuart,

    Unfortunately, you have not described to us how many devices your purchased license is intended for.
    Initially, the monitoring is only valid via 1 e-mail address, i.e. that of the licence holder. 
    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT".

    Based on your contract documents, which we do not have access to here in the publicly accessible community, the support team will be able to provide you precise information on your question. They will also tell you for how many e-mail addresses the paid version is offered:

    In your customer account, you will find a description in the left bar by clicking on "Identity Assistant".

    You will receive exact information from the support team whether and how you can set up Identity Assistant according to your wishes.
