    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum.
    You have entered several email addresses in your Avira customer account. Have you checked whether all of them have been verified by you? A special verification check is required for the email address with which the licence was ordered. Have you checked the stored details, email address and mobile phone number for 2FA, so that the verification code can be sent? Have you checked your spam folder? Have any changes been made to your mobile phone number?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to access your settings in your customer account from the community. Please take a look at your personal data, unfortunately, we do not have access to it. If something is still unclear, please let us know with precise information.
