Since yesterday I can't log into my Avira account
Unfortunately, no matter how hard I try, the 2Verification code is not sent to my mobile number
I had to create a new account to create this topic
Please give me a solution so that I can have access to my passwords again

You have entered several email addresses in your Avira customer account. Have you checked whether all of them have been verified by you? A special verification check is required for the email address with which the licence was ordered. Have you checked the stored details, email address and mobile phone number for 2FA, so that the verification code can be sent? Have you checked your spam folder? Have any changes been made to your mobile phone number?Unfortunately, it is not possible to access your settings in your customer account from the community. Please take a look at your personal data, unfortunately, we do not have access to it. If something is still unclear, please let us know with precise information.
