How to get rid of the rest of the Endpoint Protection SDK files?

I have recently deleted Avira off of my computer but I did not realize I did not have access to some files and now i'm stuck with the endpoint protection SDK folders stuck on my computer without being able to download Avira back to give my self access to the files. is there any other way to get access to these files and get rid of them?
