    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account.

    If you have not changed your telephone number in your customer account before the change, access to your customer account is no longer possible. Access to your customer account is only possible with the correct and current data (phone number!). Without updating your access data, the new phone number can now only be changed by the support team.

    Avira is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR regulations.
    We would therefore open a one-time email ticket for you with the support, which will be sent to your email address used here. However, your consent is required for this. Please confirm that this is okay for you. 
    After you have submitted your declaration of consent, we will forward your e-mail so that you can exchange your current personal data with the support team in a GDPR-compliant manner.
