Good day. I have the 25 device package. But want to add my mother and father on the list of the password manager service. It is included with the license but they need to use MY credentials and see my passwords to also manage theirs. If they put in their email address it asks for a subscription.

  Hello Jean,

  The password manager is only available to the owner of the license. Unfortunately, multiple accesses in one password manager is not a good idea. 
  Questions about the license or installation can only be answered by the support team via your customer account by e-mail in accordance with the GDPR.
  We have also seen that you have already contacted the support team several times and created several tickets. It would therefore make sense to continue contacting the support team. Thank you for your understanding.
