    I know how you feeling I’ve got similar problems but can’t find any help when I do get onto customer service I just says upgrade

    You are posting here in the Avira Community, a public forum. Questions about the license and your installation can only be clarified in accordance with GDPR via email with the support.

    You have not provided any information about your problem, why you cannot use the password you chose during registration, or why you are ordering a new password.  You have entered 3 email addresses in your customer account, please check if all of them are verified correctly.

    Avira is subject to the strict regulations of the GDPR. You should have the email address of the purchased license and the reference number. With this data, the support team can access your customer account and change the password. We would create a one-time ticket for you at the support so that you can exchange the necessary data with the support via e-mail and GDPR-compliant. For this purpose, we need a declaration of consent from you, whether it is okay for you that we forward your process GDPR-compliant to the support team. 
    After submission of the declaration of consent, we will forward your case to the support team.

    pascha45 I can't submit a ticket because I'm not licensed. I guess I should wait until I am billed then reach out and complain? But even then, I still am unable to login with the email associated with the trial. My other two emails don't work - no password reset link ever sends.
