    We have removed your personal details for your security. Please never post personal data (email address) in a public forum.
    Here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum, we unfortunately do not have access to your customer account or your installation. Questions about the license or problems with your email address can only be handled by the GDPR-compliant support via email.
    Premium customers with a valid license and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT".  Support can check your license, your installation and access data and then exchange your personal data with you via email in accordance with GDPR (installed Avira version, current details with version number of the OS).
