Avira says it can collect all files and internet history

Under "Personal Data We Collect Automatically" it states that Avira can collect a lot user data including files, URLs and location. How they still say they dont sell data?

  Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from the customer account under "SUPPORT", via e-mail, support chat and (partly) telephone.
