Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used during the purchase and is automatically activated under this and can be installed directly from there by clicking on "Install".
You have (1.) neither been in contact with the support team (Chat) nor are you now (2. ) correctly logged in here in the community, otherwise the following image would open:

when I login my avira account screen as following, at Subscriptions tab there're no any order record on it,is it mean my order not successful ? if so why can I get subscription ID ?

No, this means that the data for your licence was sent to you by e-mail and that you have to install it directly from there, i.e. the confirmation for the missing registration. Obviously, you have not carried out an installation from your customer account!
We have provided you with the installation instructions on 20.09.23. You have entered your subscription Id is 4xxxxxxxx in the chat, so you have received the confirmation of your licence, and it was made available to you for installation.
Every subscription purchased in the Avira online shop is assigned to your customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under Subscriptions with this e-mail address. It can be installed directly from there by clicking on "Install". If it is not displayed there, your access data to your customer account are not correct. You yourself have already entered the ID number, so you have the licence with data for installation!You have now sent us another image as confirmation, which only proves that you are not correctly logged in with the licence in your customer account.

No, we cannot provide the URL. This page opens automatically from your customer account under "SUPPORT" but only - again - after correct login! We have already provided you with the support image after a correct instruction on 20.9.23.You have received all the information, instructions and proof of your purchased licence for correct registration and installation from Avira and the community, but unfortunately you are ignoring them. Further pictures of your incorrect registration are pointless for us, they only prove our information about your missing registration!
Since it is not possible for you to install your licence on the basis of your confirmation e-mail with ID number and the "Install" button in your customer account (as shown here in your pictures), you should consider getting professional help to install it for you on the basis of your data.
