Debugging in Visual Studio is Impossible, all exe files were moved to Quarantine

Poor heuristics detection in 2023 for new executable files that I just wrote in Visual Studio. Uninstalling this program instantly. It's so intrusive if you are working on programs in Windows. Program is unresponsive when restoring items from quarantine. Bitdefender, Avast, and Avira are not recommended for program developers on Windows.
