Trying to renew my account
I am desperately trying to renew my Avira iOS Mobile Security Pro + VPN account, but am having serious issues. Avira seem to have NO means to make contact with anyone when issues like this occur, which is terribly frustrating!
My contract should have renewed on 3/12/23 and I have already forwarded an invoice from Apple to say that I have paid. My account, however, remains inactive and I seem unable to use it.
I had thought everything would just renew automatically, but it has not. Avira sent me a choice of two apps from which I needed to select one. I accidentally chose the wrong one, which duly installed. Upon realisation that it was a phone security app, and not what I wanted, I then duly deleted this from my phone. Returning to the choice I found that I could not download the other app instead.
I have checked that my account has been paid for by my credit card - it has as of 3/12/23. I have also tried completely reordering the app for a year's subscription and also for a monthly subscription, but neither of these seems to have gone through (or at least, they have not registered as yet) - but still I have no access to my Avira account.
I am really frustrated that Avira seems to block any contact IF you do not have an account! I HAVE had and DO WANT my account to be renewed, but it is not allowing me to write you an email to complain.
I did receive a reply from Pascha45 but my initial request had not supplied enough info for them to help; and trying to reestablish contact is proving ridiculous!
PLEASE can someone out there help me???
