Disable auto open Avira password manager temporarily

After opening Windows, I can open the Avira app and open the Password Manager without restrictions. How can I prevent that, because I need to send my laptop back because of problems with Windows.

Edit: On another laptop with the same Avira app, I'm seeing three dots in the up right corner (to close access), which is missing on my problem laptop.
