    Unfortunately, we cannot give you any information about the system utilisation problem. We have neither access to your Avira customer account nor to your Avira installation.

    Your problem can be checked only by the technical support team, but this is not possible here for the community. Avira is subject to the strict regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation, questions about the installation can only be processed in compliance with the GDPR by e-mail with the support. No GDPR-compliant email contact is possible here in the forum, only posts can be made here.

    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
    It is important to log in via the customer account for a correct chat connection, as this is the only way for the digital assistant Mark, so he can recognise your Avira Premium version. He will forward you to support, or a support employee will contact you.

    The support-team will certainly also try to tell you the status of the problems of the last few days. Allegedly, installation is now possible again. We do not have any information on the current status here in the "user2user" forum. Thank you for your understanding.

    your hotline is dead and your chat support dies not provide any useful information. 

    Please delete this post, as you are showing my full name and company name. This is certainly not GDPR compliant. :-)

    We can't understand your information about contacting Avira Support. 
    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the support team directly from their customer account: via email and the support chat. If no employee is available in the support chat, the digital assistant Mark will offer feedback from a support representative.

    We cannot delete your contribution. We do not have the authorisation or access to do so. Not only that, but we cannot, and you must not, delete your access data with your full name and company name. This is your access to your Avira customer account and can only be edited by you. This access data was used by you to log in to your customer account, this insertion of your address is GDPR-compliant. Data about your installation in your customer account may only be exchanged with support by email in compliance with GDPR.
