Microsoft Defender Firewall and Avira Firewall activated simultaneously

Microsoft Defender Firewall and Avira Firewall are activated simultaneously when I turn on the computer.
When I disable the Microsoft Defender firewall, the Windows security icon in the Quick Access Area notifies me of a security issue (as if no firewall was active) while the Avira firewall is enabled.
1- Is the Avira firewall actually activated?
2- How to make the Windows security icon report that there is no problem
