overhaul of passwords

OK, I just installed Avira. I have been the laziest password picker for decades. Here's what I want to do:

1. Load all URLs and email addresses into Password Manager.
2. Accept Avira random password for all of them.
3. Have Avira automatically change all of them all at once.

Is it possible to do this simply? If not, what is the most time-saving way to do it?
