How to have Avira scan a domain they are reporting as dangerous?

Avira is falsely reporting a domain dangerous. This has caused a local ISP from blocking the domain to it's customers to access the site. Where can I ask Avira to rescan the domain and how do I find out why they would mark it dangerous.
