subscription expired (contd)
Dear team, I've found an e-mail from Avira stating that
"Effective from 2024-01-22, our service will no longer be available in your region, due to embargo restrictions."
Does that mean that when I cross the border, subscription will miraculously turn on? I am quite sure it won't. That leaves us with question of refund.
Due to the fact the contract was terminated by your side, could you please connect me with someone in charge with whom I can discuss some form of compensation? I expect about 100 euro refund.
