    Hello Julien,

    You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We have neither access to your Avira account and your Avira installation nor to your operating system with the version number.

    You have entered  2  e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account.
    Please log in to your Avira customer account with the email address you used to order the Prime licence.
    To which e-mail address was your invoice ordered and was it delivered to this address?
    After registering the address of your order, you will be recognized as an Avira Prime customer and your licence will be made available to you for installation under Subscriptions.

    Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this address.
     
    Please log in to your customer account with your access data (the e-mail address of the order and the password you have chosen), then your ordered Prime version will be displayed in your Avira customer account and can be installed under "Subscriptions".
    If you have paid with PayPal, check your e-mail address if you have entered it as the delivery address.
