No Prime status activation possible - temp solution
There is a thread nearby "[BUG - 10/07/2021] No Prime status activation possible"
Proposed solution was "please restart your PC"
had same issue, restart did not help, but unblock + repair did. I suspect that either Firewall blocked an essential part of registration, either blocked Avira services in my region which I unblocked with additional 2nd VPN during repair.
In general, solution here probably should be to re-run user registration (erase + login, etc). Currently, there is no option to do this though (may be some workaround with deleting Avira user folders).
