You are writing here in the Avira Community, a publicly accessible forum. We do not have access or information about your Avira customer account and your Avira licence, nor about your purchased Avira installation and your installed OS with version information.
The digital assistant Mark has already made you aware of this: "I am here to help, but my assistance is limited to your subscription level." and "If you have an account, please log in for premium support services." A satisfactory answer is only possible with correct information about your access data.
Premium customers with a valid licence and correct login can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via e-mail, support chat and (partly) telephone.
Questions about your licence or installation can only be processed with the Avira Support-Team in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by email.
