VPN does not show server locations on Samsung Tablet

I have been using Avira Prime for about 18 months on several Android and windows devices without any issues. I recently purchased two Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ tablets updated to the latest software [One UI Version 6.0, Android Version 14] and installed my subscription on both. The problem I am having is the VPN shows a BLANK list when I try to locate VPN servers. Is there a fix for this problem? Thanks!
