Import Data from another Avira account through email

How can I import data from Avira account through email? Because that account sent verification code to access Avira account, but I can't receive it? That's reason, why am I import data from different Avira account? So, is it possible to import data through email or not? If yes, then how can I import data? Without CSV file direct email.
