Avira PWM keeps logging out
Hello to everyone. I've been using avira pwm for a couple years. I installed it on my new laptop in January as a Chrome extension. It's been working just fine. Then the laptop underwent a warranty repair and I haven't used it for a couple weeks because of that. Since I got it back (a couple months ago) it started logging out of thr avira account after each laptop reboot (sometimes not). I happened to have reinstalled windows thus wiping data, but even that didn't help it. What can I do to keep pwm logged in? Having to insert a password everytime I need a password kind of defeats the whole point. Also, I sometimes get a notification (see screenshot, I only took part of the whole link in case it's a unique link or something) of some update the chrome extension for pwm receives and it always has some weird letters and numbers sequence. I also found out that everytime I re-log it's registered as a different device, as I've seen from the device log.
Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

I'm having this exact same issue. I tried posting here and got told off for going here and not Avira support (which I can't get because I don't pay for this). It's ridiculous. Every time I open my computer, I need to log back into the PWM. Hopefully my comment will boost this so someone else can see.

I ended up switching to an alternative service which is Proton Pass. Works even better.

I'll go look into that, thank you!
