Connecting via facebook auth doesn't work anymore

Hi,

Connecting via Facebook to the PWM does not work anymore. It works for other Avira services. I am currently unable to use any of my passwords which is quite an issue.

It says alternatively :

Error Accessing App

We're sorry, but the application you're trying to use doesn't exist or has been disabled.

 

or

Application inactive

Cette application n’est pas accessible pour le moment et le développeur est informé du problème. Vous pourrez vous connecter lorsque l’application sera réactivée.




It has been a week and my computer is more or less bricked as I cannot connect to anything, I probably am not the only one to have this issue and therefore I'd like to see if someine found a fix or if Avira is working on it.

  Guten Morgen,

  ich habe auch das gleiche Problem zwischen meinem Passwort-Manager und Facebook. Kann mir jemand eine Lösung geben?

  Hi,

  As I could still connect to my Avira account with facebook (just not to the password manager part), I went into my account settings, changed my password which automatically deactivated Facebook authentication and now I connect with email+password and it works even in the PWM extention

  Good morning, thank you very much for your response and help. I just have one question for you. When changing the Avira antivirus password when entering PWM, were your passwords there or did you lose them all?
