SMS 2FA
Hi, I'm unable to login into my Paid account. I'm not receiving an SMS anymore. This is on my alternate paid account. How would I be able to fix this issue?

I can't Login because I've enabled 2FA with SMS. I've NOT received an SMS code.
It worked before on my other account for years but can't use it anymore.
My number is correct. If Avira can't send SMS to South Africa they have to mail us(clients) that just disable please 2FA.
Can anybody help me with this I can't log in to that paid account to be able to send an email or support ticket. I have proof of a previous email conversation between me and "customerservice@avira.com" but I'm only getting the response:
"This inbox is not monitored"0
