All passwords deleted on web, but briefly visible on mobile
Quite bizarre and frankly concerning bug happened to me today. I clicked on a previously-opened tab of Avira Password Manager on Google Chrome (version 130, Windows 11), only to find all of my passwords deleted and a screen encouraging me to add my "first" password.
When I opened the mobile app, the passwords were initially visible, but at some point the app must have synced - and now displays 0 passwords also.
I have tried logging in and out again and using a different browser (Firefox), where, again, the previous passwords were briefly visible before sync overwrote them.
Is there any way to recover my passwords? As a free user, is there any way for me to contact Avira Support directly?
