Windows Password Manager (Free Security) not showing passwords

So, I have Windows 10, using version 1.1.105.1408 of Avira Security, and I've had this happen a couple times...I'll open the Windows program, select Privacy and Passwords, and...nothing appears: no passwords, no sites. It's like I have no passwords saved.

However, I DO have many password; when I go to the Avira Password Manager website, they all show up perfectly fine. I even went to a new website and created an account; the browser asked if I shoiuld Add the credentials to Avira; when I look at the website, that account WAS saved...even though this issue is happening. Oh, the Avira app on my IPhone and IPad work perfectly fine, too...it's JUST the Windows app that has issues.

Now, when it happened before, i had to uninstall and reinstall the Avira Windows app, and when I signed in, the passwords would now work...for awhile.

Anyone else have this issue? Anyone ever figure out the root cause, or am I just fated to have to reinstall every time it happens?
