My license doesn't work

Hey,

I've got 3yrs license for antivirus and I can confirm it at my subscription page.

But it seems I'm not verified for pro user.

 

There's a problem with supporting ticket and using antivirus pro.

Simply avira doesn't recognize me as pro user.

 

I'm using google login and it could be e-mail account verifying issue.

Check it for me. Thx.

  Please make sure that you're using the same email address to login which you've used to purchase Avira Antivirus Pro.
