Where is my refund? I cancelled shortly after purchasing the antivirus because I could not download it. My cancelation was never acknowledged. I coninue to get emails, but nothing about my cancelation. Why? How about a phone number?

    I did not request coverage. I was charged twice in one day. I can't cancel because support runs me in circles. I will give you 7 working business days to refund and cancel whatever you've locked me into  There is no support anywhere on your site that does anything.
