Avira.SystrayStartTrigger.exe services not running

in the "startup manager" tab of revo uninstaller result that service Avira.SystrayStartTrigger.exe is not running.I would like to understand what is the work of this file and why it's not running. Thanks!

  Hello Nicola,

  This service makes sure that Avira Systray is initialized correctly after the system start. After successful loading all components and frameworks service is idle till next reboot.
