Avira Support Collector: stuck at step 80 of 208

I'm trying to generate a support report with Avira Support Collector version 3.0.0.37 on a Windows 10 PC build 1903.18362.229. The tool is running since more than two hours and it's stucking at step 80 of 208 (Windows -> registry -> Network registry entries.
I'm running the tool in "default" mode on a Ryze 7 1700 octa core pc with 16gb of ram....task manager shows a task belonging to this app that is currently using 7% of cpu time.
I'm a bit scared about this huge running time even in "default" mode. I'll wait one more hour then I will give up sending the report to Avira support.

Well depending on the system it could take a while to be complete.
Anyway, could you tell us why you need to run our Support Collector? Did you being adviced by one of our agents to do this?
