    Mostly I get this message. Does this help. It just seems to happen every 5 minutes or so

    Hello Adrian,

    This seems to be an issue with another active security solution that found an infection and puts it into quarantine. Avira is trying to scan your system and also found the same infection within the quarantine. So you should uninstall one of them to avoid getting in conflict with both AV solutions.

    Hmm, not convinced. I have Avira Antivirus and Windows Defender Antivirus. The Windows Defender is not turned on.

    Hello Adrian,

    Well, within your screenshot "AdwCleaner" as well as an internal quarantine folder is shown. So as you can see this forces the detection of Avira.

    I get the following Security Alert:

    C:\Program Files\WD Desktop App\wdsync.exe containing the pattern of HEUR/AGEN.1038900 was blocked and moved to quarantine

    When I go to Quarantine, it is empty

    I have re-installed WD Discovery but the alerts continue
