Very Disappointed --- Avira VPN is not connecting anymore

I have the 3 month free version, 75 days remaining in my license.
But VPN is not connecting anymore to any virtual location.
No error msgs, just not connecting.
Physical location Canada

Very disappointed.

  Hello,

   

  please check if another VPN program is blocking the connection. If not, we would suggest reinstalling the Phantom VPN. This should solve the issue then.
