E-Mail Protection on Avira Mobile (iOS)

I've just begun using the mobile application of Avira (Mobile Security) for my iPhone (iOS). When I go to the header "Identity protection" it asks me to fill in an email address that's being examined for threats. I type in the e-mail address that I normally use and it says that there are 6 threats connected to that email address and that the email address is currently in danger. But I can't find any option to clear those threats or to secure that email address. How can I get rid of those endangerments? Do I have to purchase the pro version of Avira mobile? I'm quite concerned now since my email that Ive been using for years is obviously not safe at all. Im writing this issue in the community section because I can't contact Avira since Im only using the free version. In advance, many thanks for helping me out. PS: Attached please find proof of my problem. The first image will show that 6 threats were found. The second is an email that I have sent to myself saying that my email is not safe. When I click on "Protect your email address" I am only redirected to the main menu of the mobile Avira security app, and that's it. There is no further solution provided, so to say it's a dead end.

Hello Lennard,
with the identity protection, Avira checks if your email addresses were part of a data breach. In your case 6 services, you were using reported such breaches.
We recommend changing all your passwords to ensure, that no unauthorized person gets access to your accounts.
