Phantom VPN Pro license cannot be restored in apple store
AbgeschlossenOn my MAC 10.13.6 the Phantom VPN Pro stopped working and it does not restore the license I have purchased via Apple Store. The license is valid until 2020 Marc but the VPN says that I have reached the 100% limit like I was using a free version.
I have tried to reinstall the app but it's always the same issue.
Any immediate solution or should I request for a refund as the app is unusable?

our developers have made changes in the backend today that should fix the problem.Please restart the system once, then VPN should appear again in the Pro version.Best,Dominik Klesel

Hi Dominik, Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I still experience the same problem, namely the purchase cannot be restored for MacOS. Can you please advise on a step-by-step solution?
I have reinstalled the app, restarted the laptop but nothing helps.
