"connection encryption not available"
AbgeschlossenVPN connection has not worked for more than a week on my Mac (OSX). Each time I try to activate the connection, the above message appears. Is Avira having difficulties that are being addressed or have you stopped offering the service?

Hello gklazar,
please check your system, if you have installed another VPN, or if there are leftovers from an older VPN installation.
If yes please uninstall/delete them.After that please perform an uninstallation, restart your system and install the VPN again.
