    please open the Antivirus and Sofwareupdater on the second situation without internet and check, if the programs are also showing the free version, or if you have here the pro version.

    Hello Divyanshu,

    both programs are in the pro version. So everything is normal. You get the "Get Pro" Button without a connection because the Avira overview checks your licensing via the internet. Here of course without the internet, it can´t verify if you have a connection and shows you the button.

    But as proof in the screenshot, your programs are still in the pro version, so everything is fine. This is just a display error and does not affect the function of the programs.

    Thanks a lot sir for clearing this out for me, I thought that maybe I am cheated by a seller as in india avira dont have telephone support or live chat with expert support , also I wish if we get a more cleaner and easier look for the antivirus as for the new user it's really confusing and complicated. Hope this should be fix in next product update.
