Phantom VPN not connecting to any virtual location

Phantom VPN is not connecting to any virtual location. I use Win 10 and I don't use any other VPN software. Phantom doesn't generate any error message, it simply tries a location and then displays the message "Your connection is not secure". Actually this problem is quite common.
My subscription is valid until May, 2020.

Did you already try a reinstallation?
Does it only appear in one network, or also in other ones?
If you have a subscription you can also reach out directly to the colleagues of the customer support. They have a lot more possibilities to analyze your situation.
