  Hello Vittorio.

  How did you do the request?.

  Did you create a Support ticket and requested it there?.

  Or did you mean that you requested your bank with the withdrawal?.

  Because in the second case, if you have a subscription for the Speedup and requested only your bank the subscription is still active and you will payed for the next months, too.
