Avira Prime License not detected
AbgeschlossenAvira Prime purchased almost 1 year ago but still on my Avira account it says License None? Next to this note it gives the option to upgrade to Avira Prime?

The easiest way to find out is by logging into your customer account under my.avira.com
When you click "Subscirptions" you can find an overview about all products that are currently acitve.
If your Pirme license isn't displayed there it could be activated with a different emailaddress.
Otherwise you can also just click the "Register" button after opening your Avira program and login with you customer data.
