Just installed Avira, can't run it

I just installed Avira on my Windows 10 machine. I couldn't find a single place that had a download of ONLY the antivirus, so I had to download all the additional things I didn't need. I uninstalled all the extras. 

Avira does not show up in my system tray, and I cannot run the program from anywhere, even the programs file. Task Manager says it's running.

I want to uninstall and install ONLY the antivirus. Is this even possible anymore? If not, I'll be using something else, because this is useless.

  Hello Deborah.

  You can Log in into your Myavira Account and then you can click on "products" and select the installer for the antivirus software to install that one.
