    Purchased from Apple store, Identity and Web Protection yearly subscription at $9.99/year. Order ID: MS6TB4WYDT. Hopefully with this info what we’ll see happening is me getting the product I’d pay for. Thanks.

    Hello Miguel,

    There is no synchronization between Apple and Avira. Therefore, no subscription is listed in your AVIRA account.

    Have you received any information from Apple store?

    Maybe you will find someone in this community with a tip or an instruction.

    Hello Miguel,

    Well, if you purchased it directly from Apple within the Apple App Store please make sure, that you're logged in at your device with the same Apple ID which was used for purchase.

    If this is set tap "Restore Purchases" within the Avira app. Afterward, your subscription is active.

    Sadly, we don't have synchronization with purchases made within Apple App Stores as Apple is refusing to share this information.

    I’m using the same Apple ID in the same device that I realised the purchase. Did the restore purchase thing and still nothing. Will be good for IOS users to know previous to the purchase the non-sync obstacle, because after you did it you can’t undo it and you can’t get any help because You don’t recognise us as users of your product that we already been billed for. Incredible that with such an advanced technology you can’t actually do much. If you can’t take responsibility you should not be offering the product if you can’t help the consumer you should not use this market to provide a service. It’s quite simple.
