    This application is charging me for a service I am not being provided with nor do I want. I have been charged for three years for something I can not use. Apparently I have been purchasing the total security suite however, I do not have a toggle button under my subscription to cancel. Today I was charged another $109.99.

    I have no way of canceling this subscription or receiving a refund. I do not want nor have I ever wanted this product and I do not want nor have I ever had a subscription. Can someone please cancel my account and subscription and provide a refund of the money that was taken from me since I have never used any of Avira's products.

    I am getting billed 9.99 for the last 2 months. the first month i had a active subscription but now i have no active subscription anymore, and i am still getting billed 20 euro's a month. what is going on here??
