    My vpn is not working even after deleting the app from Ios. It still shows trial version.and there is no server list to connect.

    Please update even after purchasing vpn is not working. Very bad customer service. No support at all.

    The same problem here. On my IOS Device is a subscription active. Avira Phantom stopped simply working. Then I reinstalled it and logged in. Only Test available. If I try to restore my purchase it says, there is no purchase, but the subscription in the App Store is active.

    It is simply not restorable ....

    My VPN doesn't work on the computer version. I paid for 3 months. They closed my ticket and labeled it as 'resolved' even though they didn't contact me. I'm a Prime member but only 1 program works - the antivirus one.

    Unfortunately, you have not provided information about your operating system and the place where the license was purchased.
    Is the licence displayed in your customer account in the subscription?

    If you purchased your license in the Avira Online Shop: Please log in to your Avira customer account at   https://my.avira.com   stating the email address used during the purchase.
    Under subscription https://my.avira.com/de/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans 
    Your licence is displayed and can be installed from there.

    • Which operating system is installed?
    • How did you proceed, exact description that it does not work?

    Here you will find a description of how to install your Prime license. Did you proceed accordingly?
