I paid only 1 month fee and I'm still charged

We've checked your account but there's just a one-month license of Avira Phantom VPN which was valid for one month. There was no auto-renewal activated. If you would like to renew this license you need to purchase a new one and chose if you want to keep the auto-renewal.
