Antivirus Free Trial

I started a 30 day free trail in the desktop application, but nothing changed, no new features where unlocked and it still asks me to purchase premium. I received a reference number, so I'm reasonably certain I finished the process and didn't mistakenly close the process to early. Now if I just made a mistake while typing and included a typo in the email address (I didn't receive a confirmation email either) I would just re-do it, but since I entered my credit card details I'm worried that I will be billed after the trial period expires. I tried to find a hotline or email address to contact but couldn't find one.

  Hello Diana,

  Well, this sounds like you're not logged in into your local Avira installation. So, please try to login with the same credentials which you've used for registering your Avira Prime trial.
