Purchase Avira Inernet Security Suite 2020 at Best Software

The activation of purchase software Avira Inernet Security Suite 2020 at Best Software failed. I received a product key from Best Software. However, Antivir requires a valid license and no product key. Therefore I cannot use this product!
What is going wrong or what can I do?

  Well, please take a look here to add your activation code to your Avira account:

  As soon as this key was added to your account you just need to login to your local software to unlock it. Please get back to us if you encounter any questions.

  Hello Arthur,

  thank you for your comment. I cant added the key to my account. When I go to the subscription page and want to activate the software, Avira tells me that my product key is not valid. Does this mean that I have fallen victim to a fraud?
